Your Legacy of Peace
A generational gift to Generation Peace.
Founding Families give to the foundation that lets the coalition act on the roadmap it has already signed. A donation to peace, not an investment. The return is legacy: the generation your gift helps raise.
A family does not need another asset. A family needs a place to give that will still matter in fifty years. The Youth Led Peace Collaboration is that place. Your gift funds the infrastructure, governance, and technology rails that turn a signed roadmap into reach across the coalition's networks.
Be clear with yourself about what this is. There is no subscription revenue, no dividend, and no equity. Funds are received as charitable gifts through registered structures in Canada, the United States, and beyond, and they are deployed against published milestones. The return is legacy: the 3.5% threshold reached on time, and the generation your gift helps raise.
What you are funding, and what you are not
This is a charitable gift to Million Peacemakers, structured through a registered charity, a 501(c)(3), or a fiscal sponsor depending on your jurisdiction. It is not an investment that pays a financial return, and no part of this page should be read as an offer of a security. Families who want the full structure receive it in a private briefing.
What a family is really funding
Not a program. The organization positioning to lead a category.
A family is not funding a single program. It is funding Million Peacemakers as it positions itself to be the first AI-native peacebuilding organization, the category leader in delivering ethical, youth-centered technology to the world's largest coalition of youth networks.
Where others run programs, Million Peacemakers is building the protocol layer that lets a coalition reach a generation, with safety and human dignity built into the technology itself. The AI is built on the Nonflict framework, with empathy and cultural sensitivity at its center, and safeguarding designed in for a young, under-18 audience. That is the foundation a Founding Family commitment anchors.
The AI-native category leadership is a position Million Peacemakers is building toward, not a title already achieved or certified. The build capability is delivered through a proposed development partnership, in development, never signed or live, and the Yellow Butterfly trust mark is in development. Figures reflect the current plan and are subject to confirmation.
Three lanes, one roadmap.
Every commitment flows into one of three lanes, each with a clear job in moving the coalition toward Generation Peace and the 250 million goal that marks it.
Platform
The foundation.
Coalition infrastructure, governance, monitoring and evaluation systems, safeguarding for young audiences, and the secretariat that holds five movements to one plan. This is the layer that makes everything above it possible. Phase 1 anchors here at €250K per Founding Family.
Your gift funds
Governance, safeguarding, the secretariat, and the technology spine
What it does
Makes every deployment above it possible and safe for young audiences
Activations
The moments the world sees.
High-visibility regional cascades that turn a coalition into a movement on the global stage: Solferino in June 2026, the Toronto YMCA World Council in July 2026, and named family-led regions beyond.
Your gift funds
Regional cascades and the moments that turn a coalition into a movement
What it does
Converts a signed roadmap into public momentum partners can rally behind
Scale
The rails.
Capital channelled into the YMCA, IFRC, JA Worldwide, and Family Enterprise Foundation networks, plus the Nonflict app, the conflict-resolution companion, and the e-learning platform that carry the method to hundreds of millions.
Your gift funds
The Nonflict app, the AI companion, and the e-learning platform on partner rails
What it does
Carries one method across networks that already reach 200M+ young people a year
A note on figures
Phase 1 is a €500K round, funded by Founding Families at €250K each, with technology architecture and design representing €25K to €40K of each €250K and the balance going to coalition infrastructure, governance, monitoring, safeguarding, and the secretariat. Phase 2 is a €5M program across Years 1 and 2, of which €1.5M funds the technology platform and digital scale line. The full milestone detail and the financial model live in the private data room. Figures reflect the current plan and are subject to confirmation.
What the gift moves
The same gift, three deployment cases.
The build cost is largely fixed. What moves is how much of the coalition’s borrowed distribution actually deploys. Move the case to see the 2035 reach goal the same foundation supports, and how it splits across the three impact pathways. These are goals on a modeled trajectory, not reach in hand.
Stated waypoints, 1.0x
2035 reach goal (Base)
254.7M
Cumulative, young peacemakers
Inspire pathway
229.2M

Prepare pathway
20.4M

| Pathway | What it is | Share | Reach (Base) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inspire | Mass-reach awareness through the coalition surfaces young people already use. Cheapest per head. | 90% | 229.2M |
| Prepare | Structured Nonflict learning and accreditation for young people who go deeper. | 8% | 20.4M |
| Succeed | Mentored facilitators who carry the method into their own communities. Most intensive per head. | 2% | 5.1M |
| Total | 100% | 254.7M |
Reach figures are a 2035 goal on a modeled trajectory, scaled by the deployment case, never current reach. Coalition reach is borrowed through partner networks each partner controls. A commitment is a gift, not an investment: there is no equity and no financial return, and these figures are not a yield. Figures reflect the current plan and are subject to confirmation.
Three ways to anchor the work.

What You Receive
A founding table seat, not a line item.
A Founding Family Partnership carries seven categories of standing in the work. None is a financial return. Each is a way the family name, the family voice, and the next generation of the family are woven into how Generation Peace is reached.
01
Recognition and Legacy
Named a Founding Family Partner, with permanent attribution carried through the monitoring and evaluation reports for the life of the programme.
02
Governance Voice
An Advisory Council seat during Phase 1, a genuine voice in how the foundation is built and how the roadmap is steered.
03
Next-Generation Engagement
A Family Next-Gen Track for ages 16 to 30, with Youth Ambassador access that brings the next generation of the family into the work directly.
04
Private Use
Nonflict Way sessions for the family enterprise itself: succession, governance, and alignment, run with the same method the coalition carries to a generation.
05
Convening Rights
Co-host the annual Founding Partner gathering, the room where the families anchoring this work meet the founders and one another.
06
Regional Cascade Option
Anchor a named regional cascade, for example a "[Family Name] Mediterranean Cascade," tying the family name to a region the method reaches.
07
Reporting and Stewardship
A quarterly monitoring and evaluation dashboard, an annual audit, and a named programme officer, so the stewardship of your gift is visible and accountable.
Tax Flexibility
Your gift can be received through multiple charitable receipt vehicles, structured for your jurisdiction and your own advisors, so the form of the gift fits the family rather than the other way around.
Architect Partner, €1,000,000+
At the Architect tier (Phase 1 and Phase 2 combined), the seven categories deepen into naming rights, an advisory chair held on rotation, and co-presentation rights on the coalition stage. The role that drives the cascades from foundation to global stage.
The €100,000 Family tier and the €500,000 Phase 1 round are adopted as the current plan, pending confirmation. Figures reflect the current plan and are subject to confirmation.
The Invitation
Why family enterprises?
Family enterprises are the largest business form in the world, and the most patient. They measure success in generations, not quarters. That makes a family the right anchor for work whose horizon is a generation of young peacemakers.
What you bring
- Long-horizon capital, patient enough to fund a generational threshold.
- Peer access, the doors a family name opens to other families and foundations.
- The moral authority of the family name, lent to a cause measured in young lives.
What you receive
- A founding table seat at the work as it takes shape.
- The next-gen track that brings ages 16 to 30 into the mission.
- Private Nonflict use for the family enterprise itself.
- A verifiable multigenerational legacy, attributed for the life of the programme.
Your gift doesn’t just change lives, it leaves a legacy of how our children and grandchildren learn to live together.
Read this before you give.
Three things every family should be clear on. We surface them here rather than bury them.
A donation, not an investment
A Founding Family commitment is a charitable gift to Million Peacemakers. It is not an investment, it carries no financial return, no equity, and no expectation of profit. Tax treatment depends on your jurisdiction and your own advisors.
No financial return
There is no subscription revenue, no dividend, and no equity in this structure. Funds are received as charitable gifts through registered structures in Canada, the United States, and beyond, and they are deployed against published milestones. The return is measured in young lives, not basis points.
Forward-looking statements
Statements about future reach, milestones, and outcomes, including the 2035 goal and the multi-year trajectory, are forward-looking projections based on current plans and assumptions. They are goals, not guarantees, and actual results will differ. Coalition reach figures describe networks the coalition is building access to. They are not a present count of people reached.
The next step is a conversation, not a transaction.
Before any commitment, you meet the founders and see the whole picture: the method, the coalition, the milestones, and exactly how your capital moves. No deck-and-decide. A conversation first, in the way work this consequential deserves.
The full structure, the financial model, the coalition agreements, and the trajectory detail live in a private data room. It is open to families who are ready for the depth behind the page. Request access and we will walk you in.
These materials describe a charitable initiative, not an offer of any security, and contain a forward-looking roadmap whose figures from 2027 onward are modeled projections, not results achieved. They are shared in confidence with families and foundations considering a commitment to Million Peacemakers. Please treat them as private to your family and your advisors.
